A 2049 sq foot, hot yoga and Wellness Center in East Village.

We will plan to open Fall of 2021 in the Wonderbread Building in Downtown San Diego!

Kai Yoga Studio embodies two separate yoga spaces. Offering kids yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, San Diego Authorized Mysore Ashtanga, Hot Mat Pilates, HIIT, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga.

In addition to Reiki Workshops. Yoga based workshops, Full and New Moon Circles San Diego. We are also introducing, San Diego’s very first Monthly Wellness Trunk Show and free community yoga class San Diego. Once a month, we will gather for Free Community Class. Wellness Vendors, Mini Reiki Tune Ups, Tarot Readings to follow.

We are also very excited to bring back our Women’s Circle Offering with Sound Healing and Tarot.

We are looking to hire only the most, versatile, experienced and friendly teachers & fitness professionals. Our Yoga & Fitness Instructors, are vetted and have a minimum of 6 years of teaching and a daily yoga practice.

One of our yoga rooms with infrared radiant heating, the other non-heated for group classes and workshops. We can’t wait to greet you in our new Kai Yoga Studio in East Village San Diego, CA.
