The transmission of this tradition has always been from one person to another, in an intuitive, receptive and guiding relationship.
In the Mysore Program, the practice will be taught one-on-one as a self-practice within the supportive context of community.
No experience or prior knowledge of the sequence is required, just some curiosity and a willingness to learn. You will be carefully guided through the series step by step and at your own pace.
By learning to practice on your own in this way, you have the opportunity to foster a regular form of ritual to nourish and observe as it grows.
The mysore room is open daily for all levels to embrace being students together in a clear, safe and encouraging space.
