Many have asked how to get started practicing ashtanga yoga or “the rules.”
-Register & BOOK for your first class on MindBody (SCHEDULE Tab). Please note, this is for all students, new and old. This way the check in process once in class is a breeze.
-Bring mat, small towel if you sweat a lot.
-No water drinking or sipping during yoga practice.
-No perfume or cologne please.
-Wash your mat and practice clothes.
-Be kind and open to learning.
